Marble Meds is an RFID inventory management platform provided by Marble AI ("Marble," "we," "our," or "us"). This page explains how to request deletion of your Marble Meds account and the data associated with it.

How to Request Deletion

To request that your Marble Meds account and associated data be deleted, please contact us directly. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.

• Please include: the name of your organization so we can locate and verify your account.

What Data Is Deleted

Upon verification of your request, we will delete the data associated with your account, including:

• Your organization users
• User-generated activity tied to your organization

What Data May Be Retained

Because Marble Meds is used in regulated healthcare and inventory-management environments, certain records may be retained after account deletion where required by law, regulation, or legitimate business need, including:

• Medication inventory, verification, and waste records required for regulatory compliance and audit purposes
• Transaction and audit logs required by applicable laws (typically retained up to 7 years)
• Anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you
• Information necessary to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with legal obligations

Retained records are secured and access is limited to authorized personnel.
